The Look

The overall look of this film will have a style emblematic of minimalist photo/cinematic composition and lighting. A focus on WIDE and CLOSE lenses will keep the figure boldly within the frame. The color treatment will have a strong film look with emotional colors, grain, and high contrast.

GREET

GREET, the protagonist of this story, is a delivery robot who is tasked with bringing balloons to a little girl’s birthday party. GREET will be inspired mostly by real current day robots that are designed to be comforting interfacing robots with humans.

Unreal Engine

This project will be completed using Unreal Engine. Real Time engines have become incredibly powerful and are at a point where CG work can be completed all the way from pre-vis to final pixel animation. This project will showcase the results of creation and rendering all within the engine.
