Athena is a short film about roomies Anthony and Nick and their AI home-bot named Athena. After a build-up of tension between the two guys, Athena disappears from her device, leaving Anthony and Nick to learn how to get along while trapped inside their small apartment during a snowstorm.
Anthony is a Graphic Designer and Nick is an Architect, giving them a bohemian, albeit cluttered small New York apartment.
The look of Athena will take inspiration from films like The Favourite and The Lighthouse, which are similar kinds of cabin-fever dark comedies that showcase tension-filled performances between 2-3 actors.
